We stand behind the quality of every piece we release. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- No stains, marks, odours, or damage
- Must be returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Underground luxury T-shirts run true to size which it is more of a fitted T-shirt if you would like a baggy T-shirt size up
Are there any specific measurements or tips customers should know to pick their perfect size?

Do any of your clothing items have unique materials or designs that require special care instructions?
Yes, some items may have unique materials requiring special care. Please refer to the garment's label for detailed instructions
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size changes (subject to stock availability).
If your size is sold out, a store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will organise a replacement or refund immediately.

If your size is not in stock for any reason you will be sent an email to let you know and your product will be made within the next three business days from the . orderIf not in stock Only 10 in each size made once they gone, they’re gone.
